Literacy Plus

Literacy Plus is an intervention scheme targeted at pupils in year 7 who arrive at secondary school on level 3.  These pupils will be given two lessons a week of literacy teaching in addition to their English lessons.  Ideally the classes are smaller than average and are taught by an English teacher and a TA.  A range of resources and advice are available at the link below.
