The three categories are below.
Foundation: Introducing Internationalism
For schools that are just embarking on internationalism, it must be clear that the school is intending to embed international work in the curriculum.
Intermediate: Developing Internationalism
For schools that have embedded the international dimension in a number of curriculum areas and have made some progress towards planning collaborative activities with partner school/s abroad.
The International School Award
For schools that embedded have the international dimension throughout the curriculum and where an international ethos is evident in the school development plan, supported by a strong partnership with one or more schools overseas.
