Workforce Matters is a termly newletter, written by the workforce team and sent out to all Cambridgeshire schools in electronic form and hardcopy.

The aim of the newsletter is to keep the school's workforce up to date with the latest developments in workforce matters: to highlight  professional development opportunities and to challenge all workforce members to monitor their performance and well being in the context of the National Agreement.

Please note, that a special edition of the newsletter was published in January 2009 to highlight key findings of two Ofsted reports about the effect of the National Agreement on pupil progress and workforce development.
