WELCOME

Welcome to the Cambridgeshire Advisory Service school workforce development website. This site supports the development of the workforce in Cambridgeshire schools.  Investing in the continued development of the school workforce through quality professional learning opportunities and support is one of the key drivers in helping to ensure that they can best support the progress of the children and young people they work with. As people develop, then so do schools.

As time passes, work to improve outcomes for children and young people is carried out by an increasingly diverse and changing workforce.  The development of the wider workforce is therefore key to improving outcomes.

This website aims to offer an array of information, advice, guidance and effective practice in helping to develop all those who work with children in our schools.

We hope you find the site useful.  We will continue to develop the information provided and welcome all contributions.
